Abstract Submission Rules
  1. Individuals present only one abstract.
  2. Multiple number of entries are permitted from each college.
  3. Registration of the participant(s) is must.
  4. Previously published abstracts (in print or electronically) or those presented at other meetings/conferences are not allowed.
  5. Abstracts should be 200 words or less with a title limit to 10 words or less.
  6. In case of research paper, the abstract is required to have an objective(s), method(s), result(s), and conclusion and students can also present cases.
Abstract Submission Format Mobile:
Title of the Presentation: 10 words max
Abstract in Word Document format max 200 words
Rules and Guidelines
  1. Registered participants will be selected to present scientific papers on the basis of scientific quality of work as judged from the abstract.
  2. Neutral screening committee comprising of various faculties from colleges in Delhi NCR would be appointed as the subject specialty reviewer.
  3. Selection of successful abstracts will be made by reviewers from respective fields and their decision would stand final.
  4. The reviewers will select 20 best papers.
  5. Each presentation shall be for 4 minutes + 1 minute for questions.
  6. The presenter(s) shall bring the presentation in Power point format in a USB Pen drive as well as a CD.
  7. Only one speaker will be permitted to present the paper and answer question.

  6. The font size of the text should be at least 28 point. The typeface chosen should be a simple and clear one

Rules
  1. There is entry of 3 students in a team.
  2. Questions are based on Dentistry (BDS curriculum)
  3. If the team get selected after the elimination round the quiz will be of 3 rounds.
  4. Answer should only be given when question is complete by the respective group to which it has been put up to.
  5. Marks will be deducted if any other group is answering.
  6. Each team should carry one Wifi enabled Smartphone
Elimination Round
  1. There will be Elimination round for all teams
  2. Each team would be given a set of question paper containing 20 MCQ’s and they have to answer in 15 mins.
  3. Correct answer 1 point
  4. Wrong answer -1 point
  5. Top 6 Teams will play the proceeding rounds
First Round
  1. 5 question for each team.
  2. 10 seconds will be given to answer a question.
  3. The un-answered question will be passed to the next group and bonus points will be given to the group.
  4. No negative marking
  5. 2 marks for correct answer to Team whom the question has been put to
  6. 1 mark for bonus correct answer
Second Round (Rapid Fire)
  1. 10 question will be asked in this round per team
  2. Question cannot be passed
  3. 2 minutes total time per team

Third Round (Buzzer Round)
  1. Total of 18 questions will be asked in this round
  2. The team which click on the Buzzer on their Wifi enabled Smartphone will get to answer first

  4. 2 marks for correct answer
